This is your shot at securing up to $10,000 to upgrade your home’s roof to withstand Louisiana’s toughest storms! The Louisiana Fortify Homes Program (LFHP) is back, and it’s bigger and better than ever, offering homeowners the chance to fortify their homes against severe weather.

Who's Eligible?
Grants are available to residents of Louisiana’s Coastal Zone, including parts of Ascension, Assumption, Calcasieu, Cameron, Iberia, Jefferson, Lafourche, Livingston, Orleans, Plaquemines, St. Bernard, St. Charles, St. James, St. John the Baptist, St. Martin, St. Mary, St. Tammany, Tangipahoa, Terrebonne, and Vermilion parishes. If you didn’t get through in a previous round, now’s your time to try again—just make sure to register!

How It Works:
Register During the 3-Day Window: You must register between September 18 and September 20 to be considered for this lottery. No late entries!
300 Winners Selected: After the registration window closes, 300 lucky participants will be chosen, and another 200 will be placed on a waitlist. The LFHP will notify selected participants via email—so keep an eye on your inbox!
Upgrade Your Roof, Protect Your Home: If selected, you’ll receive financial assistance to fortify your roof to the FORTIFIED Roof Standard, making your home stronger and safer against future storms.
