Bought my house 5 years ago and had some leaks in one section, I thought, my roof was tin and has an added lean to on the back by my pool, had two other companies tell me we could shingle everything but they were the only company to tell me my lean to was not sloped enough for shingles.. anyway Coastal had the best price and they ended up replacing most of the osb from rot that my house inspector failed to see , still with all they replaced coastal talked me through everything and did an outstanding job!!!
